Last updated [date]
Validity
Gift cards are valid for at least 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the certificate.
Redeeming
Gift cards are redeemed online with the code on the certificate when booking a ride, subject to availability. Beach rides fill months ahead, so book early. A card for a specific Harveydale ride can be used towards any ride of equal or greater value.
Value and balance
A dollar value card can be used across more than one booking until the balance is used up. Check a balance any time on the gift cards page. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
Gift cards are delivered by email on the date chosen at purchase, with no price shown on the certificate. [Terms on wrong email addresses and resending.]
Refunds
[Refund terms for gift card purchases, including cooling off where it applies.]
