What we collect
Your name, email and the details you give when booking, joining a waitlist, buying a gift card, taking the Ride Ready check or asking the assistant a question. Height and weight are collected to match you to a horse safely.
How we use it
To run your booking, send confirmations and reminders, deliver gift cards, email you about dates you asked to hear about, and ask for a review after your ride. [Full privacy policy from CCA.]
Who we share it with
The booking platform (FareHarbor, later Hoofline), Stripe for payments, our email provider, and nobody else. [Full list and purposes.]
The assistant
Questions asked of the FAQ assistant are logged so unanswered questions can be added to the FAQ. Do not include personal details in a question.
